For obvious legal reasons we must provide this warning.  All video games have a similar disclaimer regarding seizure potential. A warning is present on the packaging, on the DVD face, and as a short video sequence that is activated when the DVD is played.

WARNING:  AV3X Pulsed light stimulation mode is not for use by anyone with any type of seizure disorder. 

It is also important to note that AV3X was designed using our knowledge of seizure potential.  By studying all of the available research on the subject the risks have been minimized to the greatest degree possible.

 The risk of seizure is less than or equal to that of playing a video game or using a strobe light and is only possible with those that have the potential for seizure.
